Carson Dodd

A proud native of Alaska, Carson Dodd moved to the Boise area in 2015. He pursued his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at Boise State University, graduating in 2020. Carson continued his academic journey, achieving a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University before becoming a valued member of the Sawtooth Physical Therapy team.

With a lifelong passion for sports and an athlete’s perspective, Carson feels inspired working with active patient populations, guiding them toward a full return to the varied recreational activities the Treasure Valley has to offer. He focuses on delivering individualized, purposeful care and prioritizes ensuring that patients comprehend the impact and benefits of physical therapy. While Carson has gained experience across different settings, he’s particularly enthusiastic about orthopedics and sports medicine. He aspires to contribute to the field’s growth through clinical research and education.

In his leisure time, Carson is often found biking in the foothills or camping in the mountains. He’s a fervent supporter of the Boise State Broncos and enjoys attending their events. Embracing the outdoors as an Alaskan, he frequently seeks solace in the region’s numerous breweries and restaurants to beat the heat.
