Grace Hwang

Grace Hwang earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Utah and subsequently became part of the Hand Therapy department at Sawtooth Physical Therapy. She graduated from the University of Utah with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2023. Grace’s professional journey encompasses versatile experiences in home health, outpatient pediatrics, and stroke rehabilitation. Her broad interactions with individuals dealing with upper extremity conditions sparked a deep-rooted passion for facilitating patients to engage in necessary and desired activities through hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.

Grace prioritizes tailoring therapy to her patient’s needs and is committed to assisting them in achieving their objectives. With skilled hands-on therapy techniques, she listens to and comprehends her patient’s individual requirements, ensuring comprehensive care.

In her leisure hours, Grace finds joy in the company of her dog, Eggie, relishes outdoor activities, and cherishes time spent with friends and family. Having lived in diverse places such as South Korea, California, Vermont, North Carolina, and Utah, her varied experiences serve as an inspiration for her continued exploration and learning.
