Jake Berard

Jake is a Meridian, Idaho native. He attended Westminster College as a student athlete earning his bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience while playing lacrosse. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Fresno State University in 2020 and joined Sawtooth Physical Therapy in 2022.
Jake is passionate about athletics and sports medicine and has experience working with athletes; including professional baseball, college football, and multiple high school sports. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  His clinical approach emphasizes education about the body and finding the root cause of a patient’s symptoms. He works with each person to develop a personalized treatment plan to achieve their goals.
Jake lives and breathes college football as a die-hard fan and is always seeking out the next best place for eats and drinks. You may find him in many different social settings, so always stop to say hello!
