Blake Romero

Blake earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University before completing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Prior to Joining Sawtooth PT in 2026, Blake has worked as a travel physical therapist across 10 different states, gaining experience in a wide variety of clinical settings including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, home health pediatrics, skilled nursing facilities and acute care within Level I trauma hospitals.

His diverse background has allowed him to treat patients of all ages and activity levels from infant to professional athletes, while developing a well-rounded approach focused on functional movement, recovery, and long-term health. He is passionate about helping individuals return to the activities they enjoy most and believes in building strong relationships with patients through personalized care and education. His personal passion is return to sport & vestibular rehab.

Outside of the clinic, Blake enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, bow hunting, hiking, off-roading, camping, woodworking, CrossFit, and being on the water or some type of board activity. He enjoys following his favorite sports teams, including the Minnesota Vikings, OU Sooners, Oklahoma City Thunder and Colorado Avalanche.
